How to reset your home before the holidays without losing your mind
By Cambrianna Finegan

Every year it sneaks up the same way. The guests are coming, the house suddenly feels too small and too messy, and you find yourself scrubbing baseboards at eleven at night wondering why you signed up for this. It does not have to go that way.
Work in zones, not in a frenzy
Guests really only experience a few areas: where they come in, where they gather, and where they wash their hands. Focus your energy there first. The upstairs closet nobody will open can wait until January.
Reset the night before, not the week before
A home that gets cleaned too early just gets messy again before anyone arrives. A focused reset the day before hosting is worth more than three scattered cleaning sessions the week before. Fresh, not frantic.
The goal of hosting is not a perfect house. It is being present enough to actually enjoy the people in it.
Give yourself permission to hand it off
The families who enjoy hosting the most are usually the ones who stopped trying to do every part of it alone. A pre-event clean and prep, plus an after-party reset the next day, means you get to be a guest at your own gathering. That is what our Hosting Reset is for. You host, we handle the before and after.
